Banana Puree – Concentrate

Paradise Ingredients is the only banana puree producer worldwide to concentrate frozen banana puree. The product is of consistent excellent quality, in particularly color and texture, while maintaining a natural banana flavor.

Frozen Banana puree and concentrate, is produced from sound, bright bananas that have been ripened to optimum maturity to assure a fully banana developed flavor.

Bananas are firm and free from disease, mould, damage, rot and peel rag.

The puree is creamy yellow with no off aromas or flavors. The taste is sweet of fully ripe bananas.

During the processing of concentrate the aroma is recuperated and added back to the product.

All raw materials used in the manufacture of these products are GMO free and Non Allergen.

All processes employed in the preparation of these products are in accordance with good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions designed to preclude any contamination.
