At Paradise Ingredients, we are leaders in the processing and marketing of food and beverages through the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of an Integrated Management System, aligned with the organization’s strategic direction, its context, and the needs and expectations of its stakeholders. - What do we guarantee?To that end, senior management commits to:
- Ensure the quality and safety of our products by meeting the requirements agreed upon with our customers and complying with current certification standards.
- Protect the environment through pollution prevention, responsible management of resources and waste, climate change mitigation, and carbon neutrality.
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions by eliminating hazards and reducing risks to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses, while promoting employee consultation and participation.
- Continuously improve by promoting efficient energy use and considering energy efficiency criteria in the design, procurement, and operation of processes, equipment, products, and services, always striving to select suppliers that demonstrate good practices in energy use.
- Comply with legal requirements and other applicable requirements related to quality, food safety, the environment, occupational health and safety, carbon neutrality, and energy.
- Establish and review objectives and targets consistent with this policy, ensuring their monitoring and compliance through energy performance indicators.
- Promote competence, awareness of responsible and efficient energy use, and effective communication at all levels of the organization

Ensure the availability of the necessary resources—including human, financial, technological, and energy resources, as well as access to information—for the effective operation of the Integrated Management System and continuous improvement. This is achieved through effective communication, employee participation, and consultation. - For what purpose?
